Field of activity The Chief Risk Officer area coordinates the risk management activities of Deutsche Börse Group. This includes but is not limited to assessing and reporting all operational, financial and business risks of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG) to enable all executive boards of DBG to monitor their overall risk profile so that developments that could jeopardize the interests of DBG entities are identified at an early stage and suitable countermeasures are taken. As a project management analyst within the CRO Area, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to support various short-term and long-term CRO-wide projects and initiatives Tasks/responsibilities Support short-term and long-term CRO-wide projects and initiatives Agree on priorities with management and appropriate staff Gather, research, analyse, and document project related information Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives Prepare proposals and presentations to relevant stakeholders Facilitate a smooth communication of project plans and corresponding key milestones internally and, if necessary, also externally Qualifications/required skills Relevant university degree Good understanding of risk management principles, standards, and related regulations Ability to understand mathematical and statistical models and translate them into simple, easily understandable concepts Strong analytical skills and ability to identify problems and propose solutions Knowledge of programming languages is an asset (e.g. Python) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macro language and pivot tables Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
