»Your Task:
1. You are responsible for qualifying offers and awarding them according to pre-approved business criteria
2. You will coordinate all aspects required to process customer enquiries
3. You ensure that the information is forwarded to the core bid team
4. You will manage tender processes with local, regional and global stakeholders
5. You are responsible for coordinating with the pricing teams of the individual countries as well as the product and sales managers
6. Coordinate and manage the CRM system
7. Follow the established end-to-end process of the opportunity management team
»Your profile:
8. You have many years of professional experience in logistics or project management
9. You have a pricing and/or product background in the road and rail sector is recommended
10. You have self-motivation combined with the ability to work independently
11. You have an affinity for sales and marketing and strong analytical skills
12. You are fluent in English, verbally and in writing
13. You have very good knowledge of standard PC applications and experience with Excel, tariff databases and/or tender management software
