YOUR MISSION:
* Drive and execute the full cycle of recruitment for retail stores in Germany & Switzerland, which includes the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts. (Our candidate experience is very important, so we ensure that candidates receive a reply within a specific time and close positions as soon as they are filled. Hold ownership of the candidate communication process.)
* Jointly with Store Manager and Area Managers cultivate and drive a high-performance culture through PUMA Values, PUMA Competencies, Talent Management programs, and internal policies and procedures.
* Provide timely and qualitative input for PEX budgeting and forecasting for the assigned area of responsibility.
* Cooperate with the workers council.
* Act as a speaking partner to our Managers to advise them on a variety of management issues, organizational changes, labor law issues, and more.
* With the support of the P&O Operations Team, ensure smooth and flawless execution of HR administration, including contract management, documentation, personnel files, and references.

YOUR TALENT:
* HRM degree or experience within the HR field.
* Experience in employment law, income tax law, and social security law is a plus.
* Administrative work experience is a must.
* Proven experience within the HR field for a minimum of 4 years.
* Retail experience and a good understanding of the needs and demands.
* Experience in recruitment and performance management.
* Ability and willingness to work with a diverse workforce and intercultural understanding.
* Excellent listening and communication skills.
* Excellent German language knowledge and a good understanding of English.
* Service-minded and open personality.
* Ability to work well under pressure, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic organization.
