We are seeking a passionate and skilled vape professional to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role that combines mixology and sales. In this unique position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing innovative flavour and liquid recipes while also driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
Your Mission
Sales Manager Responsibilities
* Drive sales by setting-up the business development strategies in your key markets to engage customers. Identify and target emerging market and trends in the vape industry to expand the company’s market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, become their key contact for flavour needs, and provide tailored product and mixology solutions.
* Analyze sales data and create action plans to meet or exceed targets. Track business development metrics and prepare report to assess progress and areas for improvement.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services within existing accounts.
* Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about market developments.
Vape Mixologist Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of our product portoflio and the unique taste profiles of all our flavours to effectively support sales and customer needs. Take charge of all new internal lines, ensuring consistent quality and innovation.
* Develop and showcase new vape flavours, provide expert knowledge to adapt the flavours to their needs or markets. Collaborate with the R&D and Sales team to ensure customer feedback is translated into innovative product development.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to create unique, market-leading blends.
* Maintain our product related knowledge with regards to market trends but also technical product know-how and work with marketing on customer and brand materials.
Minimum Qualifications
* An academic or apprenticeship background in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or similar.
* Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong experience in vape mixology - creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer trends.
* Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
* Fluency in English and German is a must.
* Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
* A creative mindset to push boundaries in flavor and mixology.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Confluence and/or Jira, or other project management tools
* Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with multiple teams and locations.
