Haselmeier, a part of medmix, has been established in the healthcare marketplace for over 100 years. With approximately 240 employees, Haselmeier has been pioneering the development of injection pens for subcutaneous application since the 1960s. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing and a solid foundation in graphic design.
Job Description
* Drive ongoing development and continuous improvement of our marketing activities across all channels, both online and offline
* Create and manage a wide range of marketing content and materials, including product and customer presentations, brochures, articles, white papers, marketing samples, etc
* Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications
* Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the company website and social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
* Organize and execute exhibitions and conferences to showcase our products and company capabilities
* Manage relationships with external suppliers, including agencies, booth builders, printers, and other marketing service providers
* Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to align marketing efforts with company goals and overall business objectives
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/Graphic Design, or a related field or comparable experience
* Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry
* Profound experience organizing exhibitions
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, formal training in graphic design is a plus
* Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms; experience with Typo3 and Salesforce is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with a strong commitment to quality
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
* Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
