The sales department is the harbour for all sales activities around wind turbines in Northern and Central Europe

As our new Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting onshore sales and business development across Germany, together with a team of highly motivated Salespersons based in different locations throughout Europe
Responsibilities
* Manage the internal sales process from beginning to end, including analyzing sales opportunities, developing sales capture plans, and determining optimal turbine types, sourcing, and timing with the Sales Project Team
* Coordinate activities and deliverables across departments and stakeholders, including participating in exhibitions, conferences, and customer events
* Analyze project cost estimates, configure project builders in Vestas ERP systems, and prepare sales business cases for management, including pre-calculations and budgets
* Support contract negotiations and handovers to construction while arranging sales team kickoff meetings, order close-outs, and lessons-learned sessions
* Coordinate supply chain planning to match production schedules with sales execution and prepare customer invoicing upon order receipt
Qualifications
* Degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
* Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environments would be beneficial
* Organizational and persuasion skills with the ability to project manage sales teamwork in a matrix organisation
* Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ideal candidates have experience with SAP Project Builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce, and AGILE
* Fluency in written and verbal German and English
