As Head of Record to Report, you ensure high-quality financial statements for national and international E.As visionary, you provide process ownership for R2R processes and ensure governance based on a standardized ERP platform, design and implement strategies focused on standardization, digitalization and automation, and foster a customer-oriented business support.
University degree in economics with profound accounting/finance process and ERP knowledge, preferably including SAP S/4
Several years of experience in management/leadership position
Profound knowledge about IFRS and German accounting specifics (HGB), record-to-report as well as accounting processes specific to the energy industry
Experienced in an international environment and in managing and being responsible for all accounting issues in a multi-national corporation
Highest customer focus with proven skills for stakeholder management and problem solving
Business fluent German and English language skills
Willingness to regular international travel
