Description We are looking for a Working Student for our Procurement team to support Corporate Procurement Services. Elements of this role Main responsibilities: The professional will assist the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and placing orders, Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and gather information on pricing, products and service; Support Procurement team in analyzing suppliers proposals and making recommendations for vendor selection; Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts and supplier information and build KPIs reports; Collaborate with cross-functional team such as finance, operations and logistics to ensure timely and efficient procurement process; Help monitor supplier performance and non-conformities, Carry out: Ensure demand raised by buyers are fulfilled Act according to Compliance and SOX requirements Contribute to: Build a positive working environment among the team and with stakeholders Throughout negotiations and BID processes, promote a positive impact on company results Implement best Procurement practices and disseminate it to the stakeholders What you need to bring for this job Your skills: Studies in Engineering or Business administration Effective Communication Ability to work with multiple teams and different people profiles and cultures Proactiveness Fluency in German and English are mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
