To further expand our Medical Device Testing business segment we are looking for a strongly motivated colleague to join our dynamic International Sales Team. The Account Manager for the Medical Device Testing Laboratory in Germany will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the medical device sector. The role involves promoting the laboratory's testing services, maintaining strong connections with key clients, and identifying new opportunities to expand the business. Client Management & Sales - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the medical device industry. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. - Develop tailored proposals for testing services, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets. - Identify and target new clients to expand the customer base. Business Development - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, R&D) to identify opportunities for new services. - Present the lab's services to potential customers, focusing on how they align with regulatory requirements and client needs. - Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the lab's capabilities. Service Alignment - Coordinate with laboratory teams in Germany and other locations (e.g., Munich, Milan, Barcelona) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated to the technical teams. Reporting & Analytics - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems. - Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, pipeline development, and market trends. - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the medical device or healthcare sector. - Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, regulatory standards (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485), and industry trends. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in German and English is required. - CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
