We are looking for someone to join our Implementation team as a Solutions Architect. The Solutions Architect uses their expertise in business analysis, solution design, implementation and technology to drive the adoption and effective use of the Replicon’s solutions for our customers. You will study the customers’ current business processes to understand the key business requirements and design the To-Be process, which will increase the efficiency in the customer’s business cycle. You will be accountable to understand problems and build creative, scalable solutions leveraging our SaaS product suite to deliver measurable value to our clients, and in operationalizing the designed solution for our customers to make that value real. This is a highly visible and complex role since the candidate will be the main point of contact for project design and work with executives and users across client organizations. The candidate must have strong solutioning skills, be well organized, detail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/ she will not only use the existing methodologies/ templates for effective solutioning but also have the opportunity to think of and bring in improvements required to the existing processes and templates. You have:8-14 years of professional services experience.Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business analyst /Solution Architect/Business architect/Functional consultant or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting / professional services set-up.Experience in HCM/PSA/WFM domain and/or SaaS delivery model.You enjoy business and technical problem solving for customers and think outside of the box.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a functional or technical role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions is a plus.Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with small and large groups.Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.Ability to manage change in scope and derive win-win solutions.High organization and prioritization skills.Business-grade language skills in English.Willingness to collaborate with different teams across the globe.Willingness to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize the requirements of the various projects.Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation, and sign off. What you’ll do:Drive the adoption and effective use of the Replicon’s solutions for our customers.Act as the strategic advisor for assigned clients by developing a deep understanding of client use-cases and by combining your business problem solving and technical skills to help create optimal paths toward resolution.Provide valuable feedback and insight from supporting our customers’ use of the solutions to help improve the product itself.Engage and collaborate with the internal teams and recommend customer engagement (Project) purpose, requirements, timelines.Review the requirements shared (Post sales documents, other documents), check feasibility/scalability of the solution proposed to meet the customer requirements.Collaborating with the internal team to prepare the project plan, effort estimation on any engagement.Validate the requested change request (CR) with the existing solution delivered and ensure that a clean solution is proposed.Own the solutioning part for a portfolio of projects and clients in parallel across geographies.Gather business requirements, explore solution options, brainstorm solutions with internal team(s) and client team(s) wherever required to finalize design.Establish and maintain strong relationships with product teams, engineering teams and clients SMEs.Make sure that the projects are achieving promised business value/RoI and figure out ways to achieve it if there is a gap.Build Rapport with clients and manage them effectively – high end consulting touch would be required.Manage up – Make sure to keep the Project Manager and/or higher management honest and up to date on any potential risks and escalations.Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal.Develop a clear knowledge about the customers’ current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes.Identify Solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options.Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications.Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customer-side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in.Be eager to learn and keep up to date on Replicon products, capabilities, and new features. #J-18808-Ljbffr
