What we look for: You have a passion for digital business models and are ready to inspire your team, C-Levels and Private Equity Value Creation teams for opportunities and growth possibilities on digital platforms and in D2C. You take responsibility for the development, coordination and management of the marketplace strategy and presence of our international clients, taking into account the overall e-commerce strategy. You are responsible for the e-commerce performance of the marketplaces and KPI monitoring and reporting. Together with our experts, you design and implement paid strategies on Amazon Ads and other platforms with a focus on high marketing efficiency and visibility. You support the management of our clients' Seller/Vendor Central accounts to ensure good account stability. You will prepare and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement for both client and internal projects. You further develop our Marketplace Offering through proactive and innovative business development and sales strategies. What we require: You have a university degree with excellent grades in business, marketing, computer science or a related field (Master's or MBA is an advantage). You have 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on e-commerce, (digital) marketplaces with a focus on Amazon and digital marketing - additional qualifications are an advantage. You may have already sold products on Amazon yourself and built business models on Amazon. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind. You have excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Amazon Ads. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work. You are fluent in English and German.
