Let’s start with the role As a member of the German Betano local team, reporting to the Local Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing tactical action plans, monitoring local marketing objectives, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives. Operating in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of sports betting and online slots, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will: Monitor marketing performance across multiple channels (e.g., site traffic, new visitors, registrations, conversions, CPA), ensuring alignment with market targets and KPIs, as derived from the overarching financial KPIs; Develop tactical action plans and track the execution, ensuring that brand positioning, media strategies, and campaign deliverables are being met according to the local market plan; Collaborate with external creative agencies to develop and localize TV, ATL, BTL, digital, and on-site materials, ensuring compatibility with local target audiences.; Track and report on the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and identifying opportunities for optimization; Oversee invoice processing and vendor onboarding. Collaborate with the local and central content teams to ensure the best quality and consistency of any inbound and outbound communications; Analyze and report on marketing activities, tracking TV/ATL, digital, on-site, and affiliate marketing KPIs to ensure targets are achieved and recommending adjustments as needed.; Monitor competitors regarding communications, product offerings, and compliance, providing market insights to the Marketing Manager and HQ; Manage agencies and third-party partners for the execution of the local campaigns/communications plan; Create reports and analyses for the Marketing manager and Country Manager, keeping them informed on key marketing metrics and campaign performance; Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with local regulations; Lead and develop a local marketing team; represent the company internally and externally. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field; At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the online industry; Native German Speaker and strong command of the English language (both written and spoken); Passionate about sports and the online gaming industry; Business-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
