As BYD's Operations Manager, you'll spearhead key aspects of our automotive business in Germany. Your role involves optimizing vehicle inventory, managing logistics, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, oversee supply chain management, and lead a local operations team. Keep vehicle inventory and quality at reasonable range to fulfill the orders of Germany. 2. Maintain logistics damage to lower level through various means or with the help of third-party agencies, and promptly make relevant claims. 3. Provide spare parts or tools support for VPC, PDl, logistics damage or product defect repair, and technical upgrades of vehicles. 4. Identify potential risks, take measures in advance to avoid accidents, additional expenses, or delays. 5. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to promote BYD's products and services and enhance the brand's influence in Germany. 6. Manage business relationships with compound and logistics partners, ensure the work to be done in compliance with BYD standards, so to provide customers with first-class products and services. 7. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction and continuously exceed customer expectations. 8. Promote BYD's vehicle quality control process, implement training and supervision of quality control documents. 9. Develop operational department budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and make data driven decisions to improve profitability. 10. Recruit and manage local operations team, setting performance goals for members and conducting appraisals. 11. Continuously innovate, formulate, and implement effective strategies, leading the operational strategy and development direction of the automotive business. 12. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the line manager or Head of Department. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Fluent German and English language skills, Chinese language is a plus. 2. Bachelor and above in Business management, supply chain. 3. At least 8 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector. 4. Professional PC user skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT). Excellent communication and organization skills. 5.
