Job Description
* Setup, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
* Administration of local infrastructure - MacOS, Windows, Cisco Infrastructure (Access Points, Routers)
* Management of accounts and access rights (G Suite, VPN access, etc.)
* Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
* Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
* Handling of complex service requests for your colleague in the context of 1st and 2nd level support
* Creation of technical documentation and reports
* Hardware selection and management
Qualifications
* Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
* Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
* High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
* Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
* Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta) as well as endpoint management solutions (e.g. VMWare Workspace One) is a plus
