You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. Work location: Munich, Germany / Hybrid What You'll Do: Strategy Development: Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and drive sales across global and European markets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the parent company’s marketing team to execute strategies and incorporate regional insights from local management, ensuring alignment and maximizing global impact. Campaign Leadership : Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. Social Media & Media Strategy: Oversee campaigns across digital and local media to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences. Partnerships & Co-Marketing: Drive co-marketing initiatives with key partners and the parent company, ensuring alignment on messaging and campaign execution. Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver creative marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution. Brand Building: Define and maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, positioning the brand as a leader in the market and increasing recognition globally. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. What We're Looking For: 10 years in marketing and brand management, preferably in luxury automobiles or tier one OEM companies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team in a professional setting. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and luxury brand management. Proven experience leading global teams and executing large-scale marketing strategies. Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
