Job Purpose: Enhance customer insights, experience and interactions with outstanding digital marketing strategies and tactics for our brands in the DACH-region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the omnichannel roadmap for DACH in alignment with the global and regional omnichannel strategy Create a smooth, outstanding customer experience across all digital channels, including a consistent tone and 'feel' that reflects KKI's digital engagement strategy Manage our digital platforms and the Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in the DACH region, incl. (digital) KPIs and performance-tracking Contribute innovative ideas to the cross-functional brand teams for new digital marketing tactics that help deliver the strategy Explore AI-opportunities for pharma marketing in rare diseases, including patient and HCP identification, customer insights and engagement, disease awareness, and HCP and patient education Position Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in business, (digital) marketing, IT, communication, media management or related field, natural sciences, medicine or other pharma-related discipline Solid experience in digital marketing is a must, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or in Life-Sciences-related marketing agencies with a focus on (digital) strategy, implementation, campaign and material development and (digital) performance tracking Strong business acumen, with experience in driving commercial success through the development and execution of digital strategies Passionate about contributing to the team and to “making people smile”, Kyowa Kirin’s purpose Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Fluent in German and English Ability to travel occasionally, mainly in the DACH-region Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
