* Develop industry leading creative solutions for assigned concept or category
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of the category.
* Collaborate with Footwear and Color & Material Design teams to ensure holistic storytelling and execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth product creation.
* Review and approve production stages of the creative process
* Participate in creation of annual and long-term Creative Direction strategies.
* Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects.
* Seek out Running apparel Innovation strategies that can deliver world class results
* Manage up to 2 direct reports

* Art Direction of photoshoots, styling sessions, image editing capabilities
* Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom
* Language: English: excellent
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor or Master degree in Apparel Design
* 6-8 years’ experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design
* People management experience of 1-3 years.
* Proven experience with the entire design process [project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution,]
* Passion for adidas and it's mission
* Passion and understanding of current and emerging sport, fashion & culture trends.
