As Director for Global Manufacturing Project Controlling, you will play a key role in enhancing our global manufacturing controlling processes, systems, and guidelines. Your primary focus will be to eliminate non-value-adding activities, while simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes by leveraging our systems.
Your assignments
* Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and forecasting
* Conduct in-depth operations analysis, resource allocation, and business case evaluations
* Improving capital expenditure planning, inventories, payables, and receivables forecasting
* Review and develop standard-costing, leverage models, FTE tracking, and risk management
* Support footprint strategy, resilience planning, sustainability efforts, benchmarks, and strategic planning
* Lead and support step changes in processes to drive faster, data-driven decision-making
* Identify and implement efficiency gains, to reinvest resources into unmet business needs
* Provide fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management
Your profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
* 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally as a Site Controlling Head
* Strong expertise in product costing, value chains, variance analysis, inventories, payables, and receivables
* Ability to challenge partners while maintaining productive relationships
* Proven experience in global project management
* Comfortable working in a multinational matrixed environment, challenging the status quo, and driving initiatives with strong communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in SAP and SAC
* Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
