Your playing field: Oversee all aspects of office facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and supplies management, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to maintain seamless operations while prioritising Health & Safety and Environmental compliance Ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across offices in line with company policies and industry best practices Supervise Facilities Management activities, ensuring adherence to local Health & Safety regulations, ISO 14001 standards, and other relevant guidelines Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, landlords, and employees regarding facilities and Health & Safety matters Maintained accurate and comprehensive records of facilities operations, including compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Health & Safety requirements Collaborate with suppliers and landlords to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and regular Health & Safety inspections Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols Identify and address maintenance issues promptly by coordinating with the maintenance team/landlord and external providers Respond to emergencies, including after-hours incidents, to ensure swift and effective resolution of facilities and safety concerns. Oversee security measures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response preparedness
