Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute communication strategies targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to increase B2B-driven prescriptions.
Content & Materials Development
* Create and manage marketing materials, websites, and CRM tools.
* Test innovative approaches through pilot projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with Product, Tech, and Clinical Studies teams to align marketing initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
* Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Requirements
✔️ Must-Have:
* Proven experience marketing healthcare services/products to HCPs.
* Proficiency in developing materials, website management, and CRM tools.
* Strong skills in managing and communicating complex topics clearly.
* Academic degree with above-average grades.
✨ Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with exploratory pilot projects or innovative campaigns.
Languages:
* German: Native or equivalent (C2).
* English: Professional proficiency (C1).
