Objective:
Lead the European division with full autonomy, driving aggressive market share growth across Europe, especially in Germany and France. Build regional capabilities in marketing and channel development, meeting ambitious revenue, share, and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow market share across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany and France, covering the entire product portfolio.
* Revenue & Profitability Growth: Achieve aggressive revenue and net income targets, contributing significantly to the company’s global growth while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
* Capability Building in Key Areas: Prioritize capability-building efforts in marketing and channel development to drive brand penetration and market reach, developing a high-performing, regionally diverse team.
* Full P&L & Budget Oversight: Manage and control the region’s P&L and allocate budgets strategically across marketing, hiring, and capability development to optimize growth and efficiency.
* Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction by leading a customer-centric approach and fostering strong relationships with retailers, distributors and channel partners.
* Market Intelligence & Adaptation: Remain agile to market shifts, regulatory changes, and competitive pressures, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Role Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
* Experience:
* Minimum 15 years in senior leadership with full P&L management, including 5 years in a regional role within Europe in the small, medium to large appliance category with sales and marketing expertise in cooking and air purification.
* Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue and share goals across competitive markets.
* Language Proficiency:
* Fluency in German and English required; proficiency in French highly preferred.
* Travel: Frequent European travel required.
