Purpose
This role creates the framework of establishing effective and impactful delivery of Sales Academy programs and initiatives across global markets and drives and supports effective implementation of Sales Academy learning solutions/enablers to maximize their effectiveness and impact. This role supports that ongoing capability development and certification of our global trainer community happens to achieve consistent and advanced training delivery across all markets and channels.
Key Accountabilities
* Establish a framework and foundation to enable global adoption and deployment of Sales Academy learning programs across every sales channel
* Develop Sales Academy program deployment and delivery standards and guidelines to ensure consistent delivery of programs to the desired result and impact
* Build a collaborative network of the global community of Sales Academy trainers and support the implementation of Sales Academy trainer capability framework and program.
* Support and coach local teams to adopt and adapt global Sales Academy programs in order to ensure local relevancy whilst maintaining the desired impact/ROI
* Manage program pipeline to ensure timely and balanced implementation of learning programs across all channels
* Measure impact and effectiveness of program implementation and quality of program delivery and take corrective action, where needed
* Lead the global planning and program management of Train-the-Trainer events
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
* Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Relationship building ability & influencing skills
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Learning design & delivery skills (virtual & F2F)
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years retail training and/or retail operations field experience, preferably in the apparel industry
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in training delivery and program facilitation (virtual & F2F)
3. Experience in global / international implementation of learning programs an advantage
4. Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
