Oversee the entire development process, from concept to testing, ensuring innovative and reliable battery solutions. Drive technical decisions, resource management, and strategic planning for battery module and system development. Take ownership of overall project management, ensuring timely delivery, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment. Represent the R&D team in project meetings, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary. What You Bring To The Job Degree in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in battery or energy storage technologies. Extensive experience in HV battery system development, including leadership responsibilities. Strong technical background with an understanding of both mechanical and electrical battery requirements. Proven experience in team management, resource allocation, and end-to-end project management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse and international team.
