Integrated Air and Missile Defense Policy Analyst

As an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Policy Analyst, you’ll bring your headquarters expertise to work on projects for IAMD. You’ll research and engage across multiple U.S. and Allied headquarters to gather information, design, and coordinate doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy analysis (DOTMLPF-P) initiatives. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and emerging threats, evolving tactics, and security cooperation opportunities to develop joint, allied, and combined IAMD solutions.
You’ll guide the work we do for integrated air and missile defense and the solutions we deliver to better protect critical capabilities and infrastructure.

You Have:
1. 10+ years of experience leading teams at a Service, Joint, or Allied major command headquarters
2. 3+ years of experience with IAMD at the strategic or operational levels
3. Knowledge of USAF, Joint, and Combined or Allied military staff planning, processes, and procedures
4. Ability to lead cross-functional Headquarters teams developing solutions across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum
5. Ability to take the initiative, solve problems, and provide expert advice on complex theater operations, investments, and activities
6. Ability to rapidly prepare executives for Service, Joint, and Allied engagements and consultations
7. Top Secret clearance
8. Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
9. Experience with Army Air Defense, Joint Fires, or Joint Command and Control
10. Experience with DoD Geographic Combatant or Component commands
11. Experience with analyzing international policy and security regarding air and missile defense
12. Experience with Allied staff
13. Experience in the Intelligence community
14. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing and evolving requirements
15. Master's degree
16. Military Advanced Studies Graduate
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
