The Role
* Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures. Conduct benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness within the MedTech industry
* Generate and analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights into trends, cost control, and areas for improvement
* Oversee benefit programs and collaborate with external providers to optimize offerings
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in assigned markets
* Collaborate with the Business, HR Services, HR partners and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and execute strategies that attract, retain and motivate talent
Your Skills and Expertise
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven and profound Total Rewards experience and strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices
* Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
* Very strong numeric and analytical skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and legislation in the EMEA region, primarily Germany
* Strong focus on data accuracy with the ability to see the big picture and make proposals for improvements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
