You Are:
You are an experienced and innovative architect with over 20 years of expertise in hardware-software co-design, focusing on the development and optimization of application-specific programmable platforms. You have a solid background in performance modeling, benchmarking, and virtual prototypes, and you are familiar with SystemC, shift-left approaches, and y-chart methodologies. Your recent experience with Chiplet and Multi-die systems in advanced nodes sets you apart, and you understand systems and architectures across multiple application domains such as signal processing, image and video processing, AI, wireless communication, automotive, and high-performance computing. You have a proven track record of managing complex SoC design projects in advanced nodes with successful customer outcomes. You excel in customer-focused settings, with 15+ years of experience in technical organizations, and you are adept at developing methodologies and solutions that bridge the gap between customer requirements and the capabilities provided by IPs, tools, and services. Your ability to manage research collaborations and innovation projects further enhances your profile. You hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, ideally with supplemental business or project management qualifications. You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and customer interfacing abilities make you an ideal candidate for this role.
