B2B / Industrial Business develops and markets partnership solutions based on the products and technologies of the B. Braun Group. To further expand our successful international sales teams, we are looking for a Global Account Manager (m/f/d) in Melsungen as soon as possible.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Active development and sustainable expansion of business relationships with strategically relevant national and international existing and new customers from Pharma and MedTech industry
* Development and implementation of comprehensive customer-specific account strategies to build or expand key accounts to maximize value creation
* Evaluation of customer inquiries with formulation of system partnership solution approaches based on customer requirements as well as products and technologies of the B. Braun Group in close cooperation with the relevant departments and decision-making structures
* Regular exchange of experience and coordination between the account management teams, including participation in the development and expansion of a global B2B account management network with a focus on multinational customers using Salesforce CRM
* Support in advertising measures, including exhibition representation and digital platforms
Professional Competencies:
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field with an additional qualification in economics, or a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an additional qualification in a field of science or technology
* Experience with complex transnational project and decision-making structures in MedTech, Pharmaceutical, or chemical industries
* International experience in consultative sales or marketing of complex system solutions, including the design of business models and contracts with industry partners
Personal Competencies:
* Confident, binding appearance, pronounced negotiation skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to lead transnational teams without solid line reporting under involvement of national sales teams
* Personal flexibility, high resilience, affinity for change, self-motivation, and high sense of accountability
* Very good English and German skills (C1 level)
