Responsibilities:
1. Compilation of tender documents and service lists for work scheduling
2. Coordination of planning services
3. Reviewing existing tender documents for technical feasibility
4. Close cooperation with the calculation as well as construction and project management
5. Checking subcontractor offers for technical compliance with the tender documents
Your Profile
* Completed studies in architecture or comparable technical education
* Professional experience in planning and work scheduling preferred
* Skilled handling of calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO
* Experience with Revit and BIM coordination
