Your responsibilities: You understand sales trends, their drivers (incl. gross-to-net items) and critically assess sales targets You monitor market developments and perform benchmarkings You analyze sales and marketing costs, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency You oversee marketing activities, such as campaigns and advertising initiatives You conduct profitability analysis of the Pharma product portfolio You coordinate with our international sales organization You develop and prepare clear, insightful reports for our BU Management Your profile: You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field You have a minimum of 1 year work experience as a sales controller or in a similar financial role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sectors You are proficient in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel You bring exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail You are willing to work in a multinational and multicultural environment You are business fluency in the English and German language, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus You have a proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and tackle challenges
