Role description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Account Specialist to join our growing key account management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our team and ensuring the smooth management of customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing best-in-class customer satisfaction, coordinating project & operations activities, and facilitating the flow of information between clients and internal teams.
Your Mission
* Sales Support: You assist the key account team with preparing proposals and managing client communication throughout the sales cycle. In that function you collaborate with Product Management and R&D and facilitate communication within the team. You support our key account team in organizing customer visits and business trips and are working closely with our Marketing and Finance team.
* Account Management: You supervise account activities and order fulfilment by our Customer Service team. You handle all escalations and are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for your assigned accounts.
* Reporting: You generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights into account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices with our Customer Excellence team.
Minimum Qualifications
* A degree in economics/business administration or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with work experience.
* Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
* Ideally, you already have professional experience in sales.
* A high level of organizational skills, reliability, initiative, teamwork, and a strong service mentality with a high standard of quality.
* Structured working style, quick grasp of complex issues, and strong communication skills.
* Excellent written and spoken German and English, with additional foreign languages being an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ERP and CRM tools is an advantage.
