Job Description We are seeking a Sales Service Advisor take on the organisation and management of service sales across multiple countries worldwide. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the department, while also focusing on customer satisfaction and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Service Sales Management : Oversee and drive the service sales operations in designated countries, ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the department and fostering strong customer relations. Customer Complaint Handling : Address and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Monitor Customer Preferences : Analyse customer preferences and behaviour to guide and shape the focus of sales efforts, maximising success. Maintain Customer Data : Keep customer data, price lists, and other relevant information up to date in our ERP/CRM systems for seamless operations. Review Sales Reports : Regularly assess operational records and reports related to project sales, identifying trends and determining profitability. Technical Consultations and Sales Calls : Independently conduct technical consultations and sales calls with customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions. Product Sales : Promote and sell TOMRA Care products and the TOMRA Insight digital solution in select countries. Collaboration with Subsidiaries : Support other TOMRA subsidiaries with service sales-related tasks, ensuring cohesive operations across regions. Customer Support : Serve as the main point of contact for customers on technical and product-specific enquiries related to service.
