Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Prepare in-season Allocation and Trading across Own Retail. Actively contribute to the initial allocations and in-season replenishments, quickly and effectively implement the allocation strategy to react to fast changing market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare trading and allocations to assure that stores needs are covered by following the Channel Ranges provided by Market CTC Assortment Plan teams, and by providing with the optimal initial volumes to achieve store sales plan
2. Weekly monitoring of KPIs to implement in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance
3. Build up and manage key relationships with local retail teams to maximise business and proactively drive efficiency through KPI’s
4. Review product performance on store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives of all allocation and trading systems and tools
6. Control flow of stock effectively from regular to assure product relevance in regular stores, adequate stock clearance and margin optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
11. Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
12. Relevant job experience in an Allocation & Trading function, and fully qualified and trained in the procedures and systems
13. Proactive mindset, ability to think end to end
14. Strong analytical and planning skills
15. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
16. Ability to self-direct and work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.
17. Strong communication and facilitation skills especially when interacting with different levels of business
18. SAP Retail is an advantage
Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimal Education:
19. University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
20. 5+ years of typical relevant work experience
