Description In this great 12-months' internship in our location in Geesthacht (near Hamburg), you will help to develop natural colouring solutions for beverage applications, and work together with our global innovation teams. In addition, you will conduct a study to understand the key factors that affect colour stability. What you will do: This is all about hands-on bench work: conduct natural colour stability tests in different beverage applications You will also have a research focus: gain knowledge about about ingredient interactions, complemented by analytical evaluation of natural colorings and formulation systems You will support product development of natural colouring solutions with superior stability Regular project status documentation, evaluation and presentations with in- and external stakeholders What you will bring: Knowledge equivalent to a BSc in Food Sciences or Chemistry A passion to work independently on scientific research topics Prior experience in the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory This is an international job, so we need you to be fluent in English.
