The Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Germany for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for establishing and building relationships with key personnel on Head Quarters (both external and internal customers) as well as driving growth and expansion of direct sales profit margins within assigned Labnetwork-Group across Germany on product.
This position will be a Field-Based/remote role with responsibility for actual three assigned key accounts which are located in different regions Germany and reports to the Sales Manager Labnetwork-Group.

Set, lead, and execute the together aligned Global Account strategy hand in hand with the Global Accounts Executive to achieve market share gain within the Labnetwork-Group.
Be the national key contact for the Labnetwork-Groups and engage with them to ensure business opportunities on long-term basis and monitor the scientific and related industry trends to identify new business activities.
Ensure and support economical offer building - Master Agreements on national and global basis - and conduct complex negotiations within customer.
Set strategic thinking approach to develop long-term strategies across the different business areas with the Global Account Executive.
Establish relationships and develop stakeholder strategy and plan with the different predominately focusing on stakeholders including decision makers and C-Suite level to maximize our value proposition.
Ensure the sales process is always on track and in line with the Global Account strategy requirements at sales stage and manage an accurate funnel.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Outstanding planning and organization skills with evidence of creation and execution of successful strategic account plans within diagnostics or medical sector on C level.
A consistent successful record in sales and solution selling, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life science industry.
Experience in Key Account Management and complex medical environment with a forward-thinking mindset and excellent attention to detail.
BSc or equivalent qualification in a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role and understands the diagnostics market within the laboratory and hospital environment.
Driving License and Fluent in English.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in tender management with multiple examples of successfully leading/ project-managing a complex tender response with the ability to work independently and part of a team.
Good knowledge and understanding of business management systems, including excel, word, PowerPoint and proficient in Salesforce.
Ability to “think out of the box” and express creative thinking and innovative ideas.
Location: Flexible but in the region covered near an airport that allows ability to travel.
