You will be responsible for both the Marketing & Sales Development team and ensure Hive is continuing to hyperscale across all our geos. Lead and develop our brilliant and ambitious Marketing & sales development team Drive real results (no shadow KPIs like MQLs or SQLs) across our 5 markets Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the UK Have full control over the upper funnel, without any sales development & marketing friction, as you own both teams, and utilize the power of true omnichannel marketing Bring our outbound growth engine to new heights, to penetrate and win the logistics market with lightning speed Build up an aggressor brand that stands out: goodbye “boring” logistics brands, welcome groundbreaking Hive Develop and own Hive’s marketing strategy and analytics and help us hyperscale our business in a smart and efficient way Plan for the role is to first take over Marketing and then after 6 months take the sales development team, to give you an easier start into our complex set-up. We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit Experience as B2B marketing leader of a successful hyper growth scale-up or renowned company (additional top tier strategy consulting background or B2B SaaS sales background is a plus) Proven track record to hit or overshoot ambitious growth targets consistently & in a lean and efficient way (not looking for budget admins, but true growth hackers) Clear outbound channel and automation experience (lead enrichment, outbound mailing, automated social selling, direct mails, prospecting) Stellar leadership & team development skills, to generate the superstar team of tomorrow Strong analytical mindset and prioritization skills Ultra drive to make Hive a key milestone of your career Excellent verbal and written English (another core language German, French, Italian, Spanish is a plus) Our offering Be part of the Hive.
