Your tasks.
* Design and securing of HR policy company objectives including planning, implementation and control of the resulting HR processes and HR-related measures
* Ensuring that staff are provided and released as needed
* Ensuring fair and effective pay principles as well as negotiating collective agreements and establishing employment contracts
* Mediation of personnel-related topics between management, executives and works council
* Leadership, coaching and development of subordinate personnel - identification and implementation of appropriate qualification and development measures
Requirements.
* Knowledge and experience in employment, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
* Completed degree in economics
* 5 years of experience in operational HR work
* User knowledge of MS Office and a human resources information system HR
* Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
* Quality specifications according to IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
