As a Technical Writer, you will be part and work in a global, cross-functional team, to support the development of our latest innovations in the field of Life Science and Applied Solutions. You will coordinate and create product-specific online help in collaboration with various internal departments and external partners. The role is an on-site role located in Mannheim or Wetzlar. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Create the online help. Preparation of data (text/graphics) and implementation in the online help. Testing of the created online help on demo devices/prototypes to verify quality and usability. Provision of the final localized online help in the required format. Cross-site research and information gathering in the departments to compile product-specific information for documentation purposes in the online help. Coordination of timing and content with the stakeholders and departments involved in the development process The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in technical writing or in the technical field with specialized training as a technical writer Couple of years experience in the field of technical documentation and/or online-help Very good written and verbal skills in English and German Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Ability to travel 15%, overnight, within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
