Your mission You will take ownership of two of our newest product domains, requiring both 0-to-1 development and scaling efforts. Your mission is to introduce a simple, connected, and smart way for companies to manage on-site visitors while also enhancing how employees and facility managers interact with rooms, covering bookings, integrations, and services. As a Senior Product Manager, your product squad will play a crucial role in advancing deskbird’s strategic goal of becoming the leading workplace management solution in Europe, supporting both end-users and decision-makers. In this role you will Take full ownership of our Rooms & Visitor Management modules with your product squad, ensuring a simple and seamless experience for customers managing on-site rooms and visitors. You will own the team’s backlog and be accountable for customer and business impact. Prioritise opportunities in alignment with our strategy, leveraging data insights to ensure we focus on what delivers the most value to our customers and the business. Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment, maintaining and prioritising a feasible backlog and facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros, and Dailies. Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of deskbird to formulate and test hypotheses, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions. Drive cross-team alignment and contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Management execution at deskbird. Help iterate on Product Management processes in collaboration with the Director of Product. Contribute to refining your product’s vision, strategy, goals, and success metrics. What you need to be successful 5 years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments, with 3 years in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS. Proven success in delivering B2B software solutions, using quantitative (KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback) for prioritisation. Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate business goals into opportunities, and drive go-to-market success. Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean approaches to balance scope, time, and quality. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills, with a coaching mindset.
