Role Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group based in our Frankfurt office. In this role you will support Senior Management and a team within their respective division This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both individual tasks and joint team responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities: Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings Handling sensitive and confidential material and information Establish professional and effective communication at all levels with internal stakeholders and assistants in your area Cultivating relationships with external clients and their assistants, develop knowledge of bankeru2019s clients, transactions and specific individuals where possible. Manage professional response to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries Management of email system, prioritising and responding where appropriate. Arranging complex domestic and international travel in high volumes u2013 booking in advance where possible to ensure cost effectiveness and ensuring appropriate Visas have been obtained Arranging conference calls and video conferences internally and externally Understanding the internal systems for BofA such as Concur, iTrack forms/Salesforce/ (Training will be given for all internal systems). Handling expenses using Concur system u2013 with a general understanding of the banku2019s policies Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses What we are looking for: Fluent in German as well as English. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar role, preferably in Corporate or Investment Banking. Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns Mature, calm and professional attitude at all times Accuracy and numeracy Excellent communication skills at all levels written and verbally in German and English Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally Bank of America: Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
