Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
* Post jobs and proactively source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
* Provide recruitment reports to hiring managers and headquarter recruitment center;
* Conduct the related HR projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related subjects;
* Available full time between March 2025 - August 2025 (6 months in total);
* Enrolled at a German university during the duration of the internship;
* Good multi-task skills; A proven team member;
* Proficient in English, Chinese as Mother Tongue;
* Good knowledge of MS office- especially Excel;
* High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
* NOTE EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship or you are studying in Germany)
