The Senior Business Process Expert SAP Engineering Finance is a Member of Competence Centre Finance and Controlling. In this role you will provide
support for roll outs of SAP based template in the EMEALA/AP/NA regions with regards to Finance and Controlling processes, structures, and settings.
Roll-back of new template functionalities to live countries. Ensure an adequate definition and implementation of finance and controlling processes according to the requirements of the business unit needs or international accounting standards in the IT system landscape of Fresenius Medical Care. Ensure support to business units in relation to maintenance and improvement of finance
processes, performance measurement and structures.
Main tasks:
• Enhance and improve projects in the area of Finance
• Support set-up of processes for Centre of Excellence Finance & Controlling, especially in areas of General Ledger,
Bank & Treasury, Tax, Assets
• Act as a Single Point of Contact for inSITE projects and all other projects assigned to the department
• Support, prepare and conduct training of system functionalities
• Analyze deviations, prepare documentation for the solutions and support with the solution design
• Prepare and support test execution
• Support migration activities in deployments
• Prepare and support cutover activities and activities after go-live/hypercare period
• Provide support to live countries, investigating the issues, providing
posting logic
• Maintain structures and sets in the system according to the requirements
• Manage other (than inSITE) projects and project teams in the area of Finance
• Contribute to content, review content and, if needed, write-out user
requirements specifications or functional descriptions
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in IT, operational finance, accounting or controlling
• 8-10 years of experience in usage of SAP finance and controlling modules and understanding of basic finance concepts
• S/4Hana Knowledge required
• Good knowledge in working on international ERP projects
• Understanding of cross domain and cross functional processes (End-to-End)
• Understanding and sound knowledge of SAP FI CO Modules
• Good knowledge in international accounting standards for group companies (IFRS)
