TASKS WITH IMPACT
Sales and Account Management
* You develop and implement sales strategies to achieve your revenue goals in the DACH market with direct customers, media agencies and special digital signage agencies (Spezialmittler DOOH).
* You sell Retail Media digital instore screens next to the retail media onsite and offsite portfolio in a full-funnel approach.
* You identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and market segments especially for data collaborations.
* You build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, especially in a commercial and strategic way with the decision makers on DOOH media spends.
* You conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and drive business growth via Teams and in person.
* You work closely with internal teams, located in the Douglas Headquarter Düsseldorf, Germany such as Client Services and Campaign Management to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
* You drive international exchange with the sales team sitting in France, BENE, Italy, Spain and Poland to use synergies across markets.
Market Analysis and Business Development
* You take on the business development of the full retail media portfolio with special focus on digital screens in store.
* You conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, market demand, and the competitive landscape in the Retail Media and DOOH market.
* In doing so, you pursue new business development opportunities, including new strategic partnerships and collaborations, and actively seek opportunities to leverage upselling and cross-selling potential with existing clients.
* You educate the decision makers on brand and agency side about digital signage retail media campaigns and a full-funnel retail media strategy.
* Together with the B2B Marketing & Automation Manager, you develop proposals for sales promotion measures that align with the overall company objectives.
Reporting and Forecasting
* You track and analyze the revenue targets via a lead and sales pipeline and monitor the progress towards goals.
* You utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track your client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS
* You have successfully completed your studies in Sales, (Online) Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have practical experience of at least 4 years in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry, with a proven track record in Sales & Business Development, ideally on the publisher or agency side.
* You bring a good understanding of the DOOH landscape in Germany and especially sales of digital screens in store.
* You are fluent in German and English.
* You work cooperatively and utilize your excellent communication skills to build internal and external networks, conduct presentations and negotiations, while addressing the diverse interests of your stakeholders and clients.
* You approach tasks and projects systematically and methodically due to your structured work approach.
* You are proactive, self-motivated, and possess a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving your sales targets.
* You like fast paced and highly dynamic environments that hold a lot of opportunities to grow.
