Amazon’s EU AMXL team is seeking a technical program management professional to kick off, integrate and maintain technical solutions with key partners. A key job function will be guiding internal/external partners through implementation of technical projects and interface specifications, providing technical guidance, reviewing implementation progress, resolving technical issues, and driving all stakeholders toward launch. This position requires willingness to travel up to 20%. Key job responsibilities Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions, working directly with engineering managers and software engineers Collaborate with internal Amazon businesses around the globe to define solutions for expediting 3P services and optimizing technical integration Work with both the Internal Software and Operations teams to launch projects and provide ongoing project management support. Track the business requirements with the Project/ Program Managers Globally. Recommend alternative technical approaches and support solution design efforts to meet timelines. Work within and outside Amazon to encourage a fast and smooth adoption of the available services for External Fulfillment; gather requirements for enhancements; develop demos, sample and technical collateral as required. Work across the EU and partner with the NA in a cross-functional environment, and maintain a strong communication process to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information; Dive into technical details and ask engineers insightful questions about the services and systems you influence Understand the systems and technologies behind operations processes, their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons for architectural decision.
