Summary Statement
As part of our Group Business Controlling team, you will act as the interface between Controlling and our local as well as global IT departments. You are a direct business partner of the CIO, aiming to analyze and collaboratively manage IT costs across functions. In doing so, you create transparency regarding IT resources and ensure successful investment of financial resources. This, in turn, enhances the value and contribution of our IT within Ottobock.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conceptual development of the global IT controlling function
2. Development of global reports for managing global and local IT spending
3. Independent execution of monthly reporting with a focus on IT functions (including analysis, commentary, and presentation of results for various stakeholders)
4. Coordination of forecast and budget processes in close collaboration with the IT department
5. Creation and maintenance of guidelines, trend, and benchmark analyses based on defined KPIs
6. Support for IT in the calculation and establishment of global charge-out rates for IT shared service provisions
7. Regular coordination with the CIO as well as various finance and controlling functions in an international context
Qualifications
8. Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, economics, or business informatics
9. Relevant professional experience in IT controlling - preferably in a corporate environment or in auditing
10. Proficient in Excel, experience with SAP-FICO, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) would be desirable
11. Good analytical approach with a high focus on results and problem-solving skills
12. Enjoyment of taking on responsibility
13. Very good communication and presentation skills in both German and English
