Your tasks will be...
* Compose, send, and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
* Raise and close Oracle service requests as required.
* Upload, organize, and archive documents in our electronic filing system.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in document management.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What you bring to the table:
* Experience with electronic archiving systems is a plus
* Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
* Proficiency in Oracle Service Requests or willingness to learn
* Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
