Main duties and responsibilities The holder of this position is responsible for: Delivery of budgeted business targets Delivery of account specific contractual obligations Delivery of new business targets Brick wall accounts against competitors Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way Main KPI’s Net Commission TFS Net Commission TFS generated by Hunting Net Commission DCC Hit Rate/Refund Ratio Marketing Sales Preferable skills and competencies Very good Germany language skills Good English language skills Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in managing business applications. Proven ability to work in a matrix organization with teams distributed in different time zones Experience in defining and implementing support processes. Strong customer orientation and target driven Good sales and presentation skills Business acumen and commerciality Good relationship and management Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems Negotiation and influencing Priority planning Good knowledge of MS Office products Business Knowledge/Educational Background State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job.
