We have recently started an exciting ERP transformation programme and are replacing our existing HR, Financials and Procurement system landscape across all of our six sites with Workday. We have just gone live with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management). The next phase of the transformation will encompass Financials and Procurement. By standardising and digitalising our tools and processes, we want to optimise our financial and procurement processes.
As an Inhouse Procurement Workday Consultant you are part of the internal ERP team. You will be responsible for
* Continuous development of the Workday Procurement Suite
* You will work very closely with the specialist colleagues in Purchasing, as well as with the EMBL project team and that of the implementation partner during the next implementation phases and rollout.
* Following the roll out you will be responsible for liaising with the Purchase colleagues, the EMBL IT teams and the Workday Support Team and deliver technical configuration support and coordinating the bi-annual system upgrades.
* You will also be providing conceptual support for the integration of external procurement platforms to the Workday system.
