We deliver customer specific solutions for the future of e-mobility, large electrical storage systems, renewable energy and mobile, digital consumer products and power-tools. To support our fast growing Li-Ion battery business, we are looking for a new member to join our Team in Ismaning (Munich) as VP Small Batteries (m/f/d) The VP Sales Europe for Small Batteries will report directly to the European Vice President located in Munich and to the Business Unit CEO in headquarters in Asia. The position holder will lead and further build the Sales Team in Europe with headquarters in Munich This position has been newly created as part of the systematic expansion of the company's business within the fast developing Small Cells market. The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will be based in the company’s European headquarters in Munich / Ismaning. Main Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing activities for Small Sized Lithium-ion Batteries for mobile devices in all relevant industry segments Maintain the leading market position and secure the strong existing business relationships with the relevant European customers across all across all functions and hierarchy levels in the traditional market segments e.g. Power tool, Cleaner, Garden Tool, Micro-mobility and Electric Vehicle sector Collect information and implement strategies to win a similar leading market position for new application segments like e.g. Smart Watches, Fitness Bracelets or e-Bikes Plan and implement the European sales strategy in line with the overall segment and company strategy; develop schedules of measures, and ensure that the respective implementation measures are carried out in close cooperation with the other company functions involved Lead and actively manage the Account Manager team across Europe Requirements Education: university degree in economics or a technical subject Work experience: Minimum of 10 years experience and successful track record in Sales & Marketing selling to the mobile device (Power tool, Cleaner, Garden Tool, etc) and/or Micro-mobility(E-Bike, E-scooter, etc) and Electric Vehicle industry.
