YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities:
1. Ensure an up to date and in depth Electronics industry knowledge including good product and supplier knowledge in the semiconductor industries.
2. Direct Sales, SPM, and other priorities and activities to manage a productive, cohesive & high performing team.
3. Develop go to market strategies and detail tactical plan.
4. Provide intelligence to inform Industry Marketing strategy, white space analysis, chess board management, and M&A prioritization.
5. Identify innovation opportunities based on supplier and customer knowledge.
6. Support SPM building supplier relationships.
7. Develop and build global key account relationships in the region.
8. Partner with Regional Managing Director and other Regional Directors to determine and implement regional strategies and to identify synergies across Industry sub-segments.
9. Actively help to identify potential M&A targets.
10. Partner with President Electronics and other Industry Directors to determine and implement industry strategies and to identify synergies across countries.
11. Be mindful of potential supplier-customer issues and lead resolution and, when necessary, escalation.
12. Lead sustainability efforts.
YOUR PROFILE
Job Requirements:
13. Minimum University degree in Material Sciences, Electronicsor equivalent, MBA preferred.
14. Several years of professional experience in senior leadership in the Electronics industries and preferably semiconductor industries.
15. Familiarity with Electronics chemicals and chemical distribution industry.
16. In depth understanding of Electronics Supply Chain and Ecosystem including business growth levers.
17. Possess strategic leadership with ability to be involved in day to day details and execution.
18. Strategic visioning capability, and able to translate strategy into actionable roadmap and initiatives.
19. Strong project management capability to manage different stakeholders’ expectation and deliver the project.
20. Ability to communicate,collaborate effectively, and push things through across a global, matrixedorganization.
