Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) comprises the Sales, After-Sales, Marketing and Product Management functions of Mercedes-Benz Cars and deals with the development of the global sales organization.

Then you will be part of a team in our GCSP/BWM department at the Stuttgart site.
The Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) business unit bundles the worldwide activities of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Services business. The task of your new GCSP/BW unit is to manage and further develop the Mercedes-Benz workshop and parts business together with our international sales companies and regions.
Our GCSP/BWM department focuses on market and performance management of international markets and regions. We are also responsible for managing the performance of the special Reman (remanufactured parts) and StarParts (second
parts line) ranges.
Your future team combines the sales management function of the Europe region and the USA & Canada direct markets. Our goal in sales management is to align the interests of GCSP with the needs of the region/market in a goal-oriented and
partnership-oriented manner. The holistic goal is profitable and sustainable growth of the MB Cars parts range.
When dealing with one another, we practice a culture of mutual appreciation in the team, in the department, as well as in sales levels across all markets and customers, characterized by permanent feedback and constructive discourse! Leadership principals play an important role in the daily work of each of us.
The following tasks await you during the internship:
6. Assisting with the activation and cooperation of the region/market in achieving the agreed sales target (Net Revenue Customer Pay) and other KPIs (e.g. digitization, parts trading, etc.) as part of the monthly call
7. Supporting the creation of benchmarking analyzes in parts sales in coordination with the region/market and product management in order to identify sales potential
8. Support in creating transparency for GCSP management with regard to relevant region/market KPIs
9. Provision of cross-country business key figures, evaluations and data analyzes in cooperation with our BI team
10. Preparation and participation in decision-making meetings
11. Working on interdisciplinary operational and strategic projects at national and international level within your area of responsibility
12. Assisting with the organization and implementation of a monthly committee to manage the GCSP strategy measures. This includes both the representation of the region's interest and the critical consideration of the region's
performance from a global sales perspective
13. Exchange of information between GCSP and the region/market regarding relevant customer service topics, products and key figures (e.g. queries in daily business, organization of a Customer Services Info Day Event, etc.)
Qualifikationen
14. Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, international management, data analytics, or equivalent
15. Very good knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written), German and other languages would be an advantage
16. Knowledge of the Customer Services unit and/or the MBC sales organization would be desirable
17. Strong affinity for figures and sales controlling as well as the ability to understand and analyze result reports
18. Good MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
19. High level of teamwork skills, personal initiative and personal responsibility, commitment in the context of various business topics
